Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

By making an appointment with us either online, over the phone, or in person you agree to our cancellation and rescheduling policy.

As a small business, the cost of late cancellations and ‘no shows’ dramatically impacts us and our ability to remain competitive. The quality of your treatments and wellbeing is important to us and in order to ensure this we book out a therapist’s time and a room or desk specifically for you and your appointment. If we’re not given enough notice to be able to book another appointment for that therapist/room we still have to pay for that therapist’s time and rent/bills relating to that room or desk.

After many years in the industry, we have come to know that our chance of re-booking a space is greatest more than 48 hours in advance, with less than 24 hours’ notice the chance of filling the space becomes unlikely. We therefore must have the following cancellation policy to ensure we are here to be able to welcome you in the future.

We ask that you give as much notice to cancel, amend or reschedule your appointment as possible with the minimum being 24 hours. Any changes (including cancellations) made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If you do not turn up to your appointment without letting us know (also called a no show), your therapist may have opened products in preparation or set up ready for you and therefore the full cost of your booked treatment will be due.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services at the managers discretion.

Late Policy

Sometimes there may be traffic or you may get out of work late, we will always do our best to accommodate you if you arrive later than your scheduled appointment time however this may not always be possible. In some instances, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule it in which instance the same cancelation policy will apply.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

We routinely send out an email and sms message reminder of your appointment to the details we hold for you, 5 days prior to your appointment; both contain a link to reschedule or cancel your appointment online. If you haven’t received your message you can also access your booking via your initial confirmation email.

If you prefer to call us or there is less than 48 hours until your appointment you can do so on 01344 771099, if we are unable to pick up the phone please leave us a detailed message.

We are unable to accept short notice cancelations via email as our email account is not constantly monitored.
