DELIVERY

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders as soon as possible, within 1-3 working days. For items that are out of stock, you will see ‘back order’ written next to them on both the product page and basket page – you will receive an email with an indication of dispatch time after ordering.

If your order is urgent please use the chatbox below to check the current stock level of the items you wish to order – we’re a small salon and our stock moves quickly for popular items but we are always more than happy to check for you. (please note that we can not always get to the chat straight away but we will reply as soon as possible).

We ship Monday-Friday excluding Bank Holidays, dispatch may be slowed between holidays such as Christmas and New Year or during promotional periods due to limited staffing, suppliers being closed and increased volumes, so please allow extra time for delivery during these periods.

We receive stock deliveries daily and can even ship directly from specific product brands to you.

Delivery Options

The following services are now available at checkout.

ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48

All orders £50 and over are shipped free of charge by Royal Mail Tracked 48. For orders under this amount, the cost is £2.95. Royal Mail estimates delivery in normal circumstances to take 2-3 days however this is an indication and can vary.

You will receive a tracking number direct from Royal Mail by email when your item is dispatched, this will allow you to fully track your item.

ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24

Royal Mail Tracked 24 is available for £3.95. Royal Mail estimates delivery in normal circumstances to take 1-2 days however this is an estimate and not a guarantee.

You will receive a tracking number directly from Royal mail by email when your item is dispatched, this will allow you to fully track your item.

DHL

DHL is usually next working day delivery from when we dispatch your item.

If your order is under £50 DHL delivery is available for £4.95, for orders over this value it is just £2.95 to upgrade our free shipping to DHL.*

 

*if you are in Ireland or the Scottish Highlands DHL delivery costs £13.95, Royal Mail Special Delivery will also be offered at a cost of £7.95 with the same delivery timescales.

RETURNS

RETURNS

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on Products returned for any reason within 14 days of the PURCHASE date provided they remain in the original, unopened packaging and are in a re-saleable condition. Please ensure you package the item sufficiently to avoid damage as we are unable to refund items that arrive damaged.

To arrange a return please email us at online@amelialane.co.uk with the reason for your return, name and items you wish to return. When we approve your return you will receive a return address and instructions. Please then post the item back to us via a secure postage method in suitable packaging for posting.

Once we receive your items back we will verify the individual security codes to ensure the item is the one that we had originally supplied and process your refund.

You should allow up to 7 days from receipt by us of your returned goods for your refund to be processed. We will normally refund you using the same payment method that you used to purchase the goods. Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded. Please note that if you had originally benefited from free postage and the return takes your order below £50, the £3.95 postage that would have been applicable will be deducted from your refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that although cases are infrequent we do not offer refunds for items misplaced by couriers, this includes those where you have specified a ‘safe place’ to leave the item. We can raise a dispute with Royal Mail and resend or apply a credit only depending on its outcome. Please see the tracking section for more information or email us.
