Our physical salon location is currently closed due to covid-19 restrictions, this means that our telephone lines are currently unavailable as we are only at the salon periodically each day. If you require help to choose the right product for you skin please click the live chat button in the bottom right of the screen to be connected to a fully trained therapist.
Please be aware that therapists cannot track or amend orders. They can flag a message should it be related to an order that has just been placed and needs amending urgently prior to dispatch. If you need to track an order please click the tracking link below or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org where we endeavour to reply within 48 hours. Please do not email again within this time period as it will group your emails and re-set your place in the que.

SALON / TREATMENT ENQUIRIES ONLY
The physical salon is closed until government advice changes. we are in the salon periodically for click and collect orders and are able to arrange times for collections to suit you.
Unfortunately this does mean that we do not have set times that are telephone lines can be responded to. It is best to email if you have a query relating to your treatments or collecting an order. If you need help or advice on a treatment or product you can also use the live chat button on the bottom right to be connected to one of our therapists (the same ones as you see in salon).

Usual opening hours (prior & after covid closures) : Monday – Thursday 9am-9pm, Friday -Saturday 9am-6pm, Sunday – Closed.
