Subscribe & Never Run Out

Product subscription, quite simply means that we will automatically send your products as set intervals (decided by you). This allows you to forget about having to order them when you run out, means you’ll never run out and also means you’ll save compared to the recommended retail price of the item.

You place your order as normal on our website, on each product page and also the checkout page there is an option to select your order frequency. you can choose once (one time order only with no subscription). Monthly, every 2 months or every 3 months. For the latter 3 options when you checkout your card details will be securely stored by our payment provider.

When the time has come to send out your next order (1, 2 or 3 months later whichever you have specified), our system will automatically place your order and take payment from your registered details. You’ll benefit from a discounted price for each item dependent on how often you have asked for the product to be delivered. If the item is on sale you will also be able to ‘hold’ that sale price throughout your subscription.

Your order will then be shipped 1st class tracked postage to you. If you have selected to collect in salon it will be prepared ready for collection.

If you change your mind at any point you can cancel at any time or amend the products you’ve chosen.

Absolutely! You can cancel at ant point without penalty. Simply log into your account and click to cancel your subscription. You can cancel individual items or your entire subscription.
