Due to covid-19 the volume of parcels going through all delivery networks are much higher than usual. Combined with fewer staff due to social distancing this is currently resulting in delays in some areas.

IMPORTANT: Dispatch will be delayed for orders between the 9th – 19th April due to the salon re-opening as after such a long time closed the diary is very full. Please bear with us, we will get all orders out as soon as possible but there may be a small dispatch delay.

Track an Order

1st step – Check your order Status

If you selected Tracked 24/48, Special Delivery or DHL you will have received a tracking number by email upon dispatch. Please check your junk email folders as occasionally they get filtered by mistake. Royal Mail tracking numbers will be sent from our email address automatically and DHL will come directly from them.

NB – If you placed your order prior to 17th February 2021 via standard Royal Mail 24 / 48, this service only tracks delivery and not your parcels route. We are unable to track your items location. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery, we have since upgraded our delivery options to fully tracked in order to mitigate Royal Mail delays as much as possible.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

You can track the status of your order by entering your details below.

Processing : we have your order and its awaiting dispatch.

Awaiting Dispatch : your order is in the que and in the final stages of dispatch

On Hold : your order is due to be dispatched soon, an item you have ordered may be awaiting stock, please complete the contact form below if you would like an to date eta.

Completed: your order has been completed and is currently on the way to you.

If you have ordered with TRACKED delivery and are having trouble tracking your own parcel.


If it has been more than 2 days since you have placed an order for DHL delivery, more than 5 days for Tracked 24 or more than 7 days for Tracked 48.

NB: if you placed your order by standard non tracked 24/48 (prior to 17th February 2021 when we upgraded our postal options to fully tracked), we are unable to track your item as standard post only confirms delivery and not your items specific location in the network. Please allow 10 working days before contacting us as we cannot raise this with Royal Mail until this point.
