If you selected Tracked 24/48, Special Delivery or DHL you will have received a tracking number by email upon dispatch. Please check your junk email folders as occasionally they get filtered by mistake. Royal Mail tracking numbers will be sent from our email address email@example.com automatically and DHL will come directly from them.
NB – If you placed your order prior to 17th February 2021 via standard Royal Mail 24 / 48, this service only tracks delivery and not your parcels route. We are unable to track your items location. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery, we have since upgraded our delivery options to fully tracked in order to mitigate Royal Mail delays as much as possible.
